Hidden Hertford in co-operation with the Harlow based Canal Boat Project will be running river trips on the second Saturday/Sunday of each month until September 2008.

Four trips per day are planned but although each trip lasts approxiamately one and a half hours they are limited to 10 persons owing to insurance and licensing regulations. Our objective is to offer the opportunity to enjoy a cruise along the River Lea for people who might not otherwise feel that this would be possible and we would especially like to hear from groups working with disabilities and children, including schools. The craft have facilities for wheelchair access although this is restricted to two per trip

If you are involved with such a group please contact the Project Manager John Barber on 07905 474048 or at john@hiddenhertford.co.uk.

Photos from April 12/13th can be viewed here.

Similar to our other tours an audio tour of the river trip on an MP3 will shortly be available.
